I remember my delight when I found this in the bazar. Shah Abbas design Kashans (with such an all over sprawling field of lotus flowers) are notoriously hard to find because so very few were ever made of them. This masterpiece dates to the later years of the last Shah's reign and survives in intact, original and excellently perfect condition.
